Replace the button ("Enabled"/"Disabled") for "Can create new agents" and

Comment out the Skills tab entry, view rendering, and breadcrumb

The sticky float-right save/cancel bar was rendering (invisible via
opacity-0) on all tabs including runs, causing it to push the runs
layout content. Now only rendered when showConfigActionBar is true.
Also reverts the negative margin workaround from the previous attempt.

Removed the scroll-to-bottom button from IssuesList (wrong location)
and created a shared ScrollToBottom component. Added it to IssueDetail
and RunDetail pages. On mobile, the button sits above the bottom nav
to avoid overlap.

The parent query for agent detail uses routeAgentRef (URL key like
"claudecoder") in its cache key, but ConfigurationTab and rollbackConfig
only invalidated by agent.id (UUID). This meant the refetch never fired
when navigating by URL key, so the dirty overlay was never cleared and the
save button stayed visible indefinitely.
Add urlKey-based invalidation to match the pattern already used by other
mutations in the parent component.

Update addComment to touch issue updatedAt so comment activity is

When an agent run is in "running" status, the Duration field now counts
up every second from startedAt, matching the same format shown when a

After clicking Invoke on the agent detail page, the heartbeats query
is now invalidated so the runs list updates immediately. The existing

Create shared status-colors.ts module as single source of truth for all
status and priority color definitions. Replace hardcoded color classes in
StatusIcon, StatusBadge, PriorityIcon, NewIssueDialog, Agents, AgentDetail,
and DesignGuide. Fix inconsistent hues (in_progress was yellow in StatusIcon
but indigo in StatusBadge, blocked was red vs amber). Bump identifier text
from text-xs to text-sm and improve MetricCard label legibility.
