Dotta e079b8ebcf Remove "None" text from empty goals and add padding to + Goal button ...

- When no goals are linked, just show the "+ Goal" button without
  displaying "None" text
- Add left margin to the "+ Goal" button when goals exist above it
  for better visual spacing
