dotta efbcce27e4 Add Project and Agent columns to routines table ...

Add two new columns to the routines index table:
- Project column with a colored dot matching the project color
- Agent column with the agent icon and name

Moves the project info out of the Name cell subtitle into its own
dedicated column for better scannability.
